It is very beneficial for the employees. They can find their zones of quality and those needing change. It also enables the friends to discuss each other sincerely. Moreover, they can discuss each other about their qualities and areas for improvement.

The idea of Sarahah app is not new. It’s fortunate for the developer that it had gained much fame in less time. Since its launch two months prior it has achieved number one in Apple’s App Store in 30 nations, including the UK. People are gone crazy over its use. It seems that everyone is using this app to tell their real feelings to their friends anonymously.
There is positive as well as the negative use of this app. Using it in a positive manner, the employees or anyone can do criticism or can tell their real feelings to the receiver. This may ultimately lead to betterment. But, on the other hand, many people have also complained about its negative use.
